Refund & Returns Policy – emotorides

We want you to love your ride. If something’s not right, we’ll do our best to fix it.

🔁 Returns

We accept returns for unused items in their original condition within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging

  • You’ll need proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)

To start a return, email us at [your@email.com] with your order number and the reason for return.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Important: If you purchased a kit, the entire kit must be returned for a refund. We do not accept partial returns for individual items within kits.

💸 Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we’ll email you to confirm approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Refunds do not include original shipping costs.

🔄 Exchanges

Wrong size? Changed your mind?

If you’d like to swap your item for something else, contact us and we’ll help you arrange an exchange (stock permitting).

🚨 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or we’ve sent the wrong item—our bad. Email us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of the item and packaging (if damaged)

We’ll sort it out ASAP.

❌ Items Not Eligible for Return

We can’t accept returns on:

  • Used or installed items

  • Gift cards or digital downloads

  • Custom or clearance items (unless faulty)

  • Individual items from bundled kits
